Cheating took place in 254 examination rooms across the country, according to an investigation by the Ministry of Education, which said affected students will be allowed to retake the exams despite the usual penalty of immediate cancellation.
The Ministry said the decision reflects the particular circumstances of the case. It warned that anyone who organized, facilitated, took part in, or knowingly enabled the malpractice will be held accountable.
