How Axadle handles corrections
Accuracy matters. When a significant factual error is confirmed, Axadle updates the story and corrects the relevant passage as quickly as possible.

Correction process
- Small edits such as grammar, formatting, or clarity improvements may be made without a formal note.
- Material factual corrections should be reflected in the story text and, where appropriate, acknowledged with an editor note.
- If a story changes substantially because a developing event evolves, we update the report and make the timing of the update clear.
Requesting a correction
If you believe a story contains a significant factual error, contact the editorial desk with the article URL, the disputed claim, and any supporting evidence that helps verify the correction request.

Breaking stories can evolve quickly. Axadle may revise headlines, summaries, and body text as additional details are confirmed. We aim to preserve the clearest and most current version of the record while avoiding misleading or outdated framing.
