Manchester United have released their away shirt for the 2021/22 season with the club producing a throwback shirt inspired by their iconic away kit 1991/92.
The Red Devils home jersey for the upcoming campaign has similar nostalgic vibes with the club choosing a classic design with some simple but elegant details.
No respect for the impossible.

Anyone who has been left a little overwhelmed by United’s home offer is looking for a treat when they see next season’s away shirt, with the club paying tribute to their iconic snowflake shirt from the 1991/92 season – the last promotion before the Premier League.
The business of classic shirts has gained momentum like a rocket in recent years, with United’s away jersey in 1992 as one of the most coveted jerseys out there, and fans now have the chance to own what is essentially an updated version of that jersey.
There is another nod to United’s rich history in the shorts and socks as well, with the “Glory Blue” colored shorts celebrating the red devils’ European Cup winning side in 1968, while the socks have the same quality blue and white pattern as the shirt.
United have been keen to emphasize their constant commitment to the environment with the jersey made from a series of high-performance recycled materials.
The jersey was about to debut during United’s pre-season friendly match with Preston at Deepdale on Saturday, but after the news, the game has been postponed due to a coronavirus outbreak in Ole Gunnar Solskjær’s first team, we have to wait a bit while it is longer to see it in action. .
Anyone who wants to get their hands on the kit can do so immediately, with the shirt, shorts and socks available on Manchester United’s official website.
The shirt is available in both long and short sleeves and there is also the option of the authentic sweater for anyone who wants to splash out.
