Somalia: Federal Forces Use Turkish-Supplied Equipment Against Civilians
BAIDOA, Somalia - SouthWest State on Sunday voiced alarm over reports that Somali federal troops and Turkish-supplied military hardware were being used in operations against civilians in the region.
