Kourtney Kardashian reveals the exact Keto meals she eats to lose

Kourtney Kardashian have tried virtually all diets under the sun, from sticking to one vegan diet to juices. But in a story relocated to Poosh on June 7, it seems that Kourtney may be back on the keto diet again.

So, what does the reality star-turned-lifestyle mogul eat in a day on an ultra-low-carb level? Read on to discover the exact meals Kourtney eats when she does keto.

For his first meal of the day, Kourtney sips one avocado smoothie, which combines a whole avocado, a cup of organic herbal milk, a scoop of vanilla protein powder and a teaspoon of MCT oil.

While the recipe usually contains manuka honey, when she is on keto, Kourtney says, “I replace it with a few drops of Stevia. I will still mix in my MCT oil, bone broth powder and blue-green algae.”

To top it off, Kourtney says she usually enjoys a salad. “My lunch to lunch is usually a protein-based chef’s salad with turkey, a base of mixed vegetables and egg whites,” says the star.

For her last meal of the day, Kourtney says she “usually eats chicken or salmon” on top of some broccoli rice or cauliflower rice.

“Even though they are made entirely of shredded vegetables, they deceive my brain and make me feel like I am eating some carbohydrates,” she explains.

When Kourtney follows a keto diet, she says she usually does not talk at all and chooses bone broth or green tea when she needs a little extra energy.

If she gives in and has something to eat between meals, she sticks to “walnuts or pecans.”

In addition to strictly limiting her carbohydrates, Kourtney includes intermittent fasting in her eating routine when she sticks to a keto diet.

“For me, this meant that I would not eat 14 to 16 hours after dinner. I would not eat at 19 in the evening and then I would wait to eat the next day until after my morning workout, which would be around or at 11, explains the star, who also incorporates a full-day fast into her weekly routine when she does keto.
