An Irish man is believed to have died in Phuket, Thailand, after his body was found in the water this morning, according to reports in the Thai media.
The circumstances surrounding the incident have not been disclosed.
The Department of Foreign Affairs said it was aware of the case and had begun providing consular assistance.
