Holland vs Czech Republic preview: TV channel and power
The Netherlands were one of only three teams in the competition to take maximum points from the group stage and their reward for advancing to the next round is a conflict with the Czech Republic on Sunday.
The Dutch have so far done free but in this weekend’s opponents they will face a stubborn side with the ability to cause their own problems in the third attack. When we entered the tournament, the level of expectation around Frank de Boer’s side was unusually low.

Manager De Boer has no health problems on his way into the Netherlands’ 16-year-old with the Czech Republic. Marten de Roon was left out against Northern Macedonia and replaced by Ryan Gravenberch, but the experienced Atalanta man is expected to return to start XI.
Wout Weghorst is also struggling to return to the sidelines after being replaced by Donyell Malen for the final group game.

Jaroslav Silhavy’s men will be without Jan Boril, who is suspended after picking up two yellow cards in the group stage, which means that Ales Mateju can enter the starting XI.
Patrick Schick will lead the line despite struggling with a facial injury that he picked up in the match against Croatia at Hampden Park.
Netherlands: Stekelenburg; The Free, The Light, The Blind; Dumfries, De Roon, De Jong, Van Aanholt, Wijnaldum; Weghorst, Depay.
Czech Republic: Vaclik; Coufal, Celustka, Kalas, Mateju; Hole, Soucek; Masopust, Darida, Jankto; Send.
While the Netherlands’ initial clash with Ukraine was a good fun in the end, the chances have diminished since Matthijs de Ligt returned to the side. The Juventus star has helped Oranje keep two clean sheets and his collision with Schick should be fascinating.
These two nations have met on 11 previous occasions, with the first meeting taking place in November 1994 and the last in October 2015. The Czech Republic has been better with this match, winning five, scoring three and losing only three times.

The Dutch have played free-flowing attacking football so far, while their opponents have proven to be a little more pragmatic in their approach. You can expect De Boer to have most of the ball and they will certainly create chances.
They must be aware of the Czech Republic’s threat of counterattack, especially as the Clinical Schick. The Netherlands should have too much for their opponents but they must be careful with a dangerous opponent.
Prediction: Netherlands 2-0 Czech Republic
