Joseph Kabila’s FCC does not close the door to dialogue but sets boundaries
The coalition of former President Joseph Kabila has just met in Kinshasa. And while current president Felix Tshisekedi has been consulting since the beginning of last week to try to find a new majority, the FCC says it is ready to continue the dialogue and power-sharing agreement, but only for certain conditions.
