Rebel Wilson reveals exactly how she lost 60 pounds
Rebel Wilson has lost a staggering 60 pounds in the last year, and she’s not shy about sharing how she did it.

In a new interview, the actor, who plays in the upcoming film Almond and seahorse, reveals the exact changes she made to lose weight – and her plan is surprisingly easy to follow.

It’s not just intense workouts that have led Wilson to her weight loss goals – the star says that gradual changes in the amount of exercise she receives daily have contributed to her weight loss.
“Of course I have access to some fantastic high-tech treatments, but what I learned is that it really is the little things I do every day that make a difference,” she says. InStyle.
“Anyone can go for walks and drink more water and do small, consistent things that will improve their lives.”

Wilson has found a calorie-free way to indulge: with designer clothes and accessories.
“I just bought a Yves Saint Laurent handbag after I finished Almond and seahorse because I try to be healthier and treat myself to things that are no longer food, she says.

Instead of waiting until the evening to squeeze in a workout, Wilson now begins his day with training.
While shooting Almond and seahorse, Says Wilson, “Every morning I was up in the gym at the hotel to work out for 90 minutes before playing a full day. But that’s just my life now.”

Although Wilson may be proud of her weight loss, she says she wishes she had tried to get healthier earlier.
“Now that I know I can do it, I sometimes feel sorry that I did not do it before. Maybe I should have tried when I was 30, not 40. But everyone’s journey is different, and it’s not a race or a race. . “
