Kaley Cuoco reveals the precise coaching that gave

Kaley Cuoco has always said that balance is the key when it comes to maintaining her shape. While Flight attendant star has admitted to having cleaned junk food from her diet, she has also kept cheat days every week on the menu so as not to feel deprived. But when it comes to her training plan, it is not negotiable to meet the gym almost daily – and she takes no shortcuts when it comes to achieving her goals.

The actress has recently found a new training routine that helps her get in great shape and tone up her core – and it looks like a lot of fun. March 23, Instagram account Stick mobility published a video of Cuoco trying out his core toning training. In the video, Cuoco kneels on a stability ball and stays upright with the help of two Stick Mobility sticks.

“This is a lot harder than it looks!” says Cuoco. “Much harder.”

Led by her coach, Ryan Sorensen, Cuoco releases one stick, then the other until she stays upright on the ball without help and engages her core so as not to fall off. After a few seconds, a smiling Cuoco walks off the ball and stands up.

However, this is not the only way that Sorensen has helped Cuoco to strengthen the midsection. On March 12, Sorensen published a series of pictures of Cuoco doing core-toning floor exercises, including planks, arabesques and leg lifts.

“A little snapshot of Friday training, a good way to end the week with a little fine-tuning ✅ Being able to work smarter and take care of your body is what it’s all about. Especially at her age ?,” joked Sorensen.

Changing training regularly is one of the things Cuoco has been given to keep her in such great shape. “If I do yoga, we do it every day this week … Then I’m like, ‘Oh my God, I have to change. “Then I’ll go crazy on SoulCycle …” Okay, I have to switch, “she explained Women’s health.
