Juventus has launched its new adidas away kit for the 2021/22 season with the stylish design uniquely inspired by Turin’s nightlife and electronic music scene.

The black base color of the shirt is complemented by linear accents that are a nod to the light at the city’s nightclubs and festivals.

The brand orange and pink adidas stripes are also part of the theme and create a shimmering look and this is the first time adidas uses such technology in a football shirt.

In line with the type of environmental sustainability that has become such an important part of the football kit design, it is of course created with high-performance materials, while both the player and fan versions offer cooling technology to keep the wearer cool and dry.

The new shirt will be honored especially at an event to be held in March 2022 and Juve and adidas have celebrated the launch by making a film in collaboration with Turin’s C2C Festival, a world-leading avant-pop music event. The film features top talent from Italian and British scenes.

Juve will wear the new away kit for the first time in a friendly match against Cesena on Friday at the club’s training ground southwest of the city.

Back under the leadership of returning coach Massimiliano Allegri, the team faces another pre-season match against Monza on July 31 and one of two invited this year to Barcelona’s annual Joan Gamper Trophy game at Camp Nou for the first time since 2005.

Juve will start their Serie A season on August 22 on their way to Udinese as they look to bring Scudetto back.
