MOGADISHU, Somalia (AXADLE) – A wave of fury swept through Somalia as its leaders dispatched an entirely male delegation to the 6th Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) conference in New York, including a top military figure, General Bashir Mohamed Jama. His murky past includes allegations of orchestrating the assault on detained women.
