A handful of young people tied to Somali gangs are driving an outsized share of trouble across the community, Ramsey County Sheriff Bob Fletcher said in a recent “Live on Patrol” Facebook post. Fletcher put the issue at the center of his online update, pointing to concerns investigators are confronting on the street. Esme Murphy also spoke with two investigators who handle gang-related calls every day.
