In full tension with Ethiopia, Egypt is
Uganda and Egypt signed a military intelligence agreement "to fight terrorism" this week. This agreement between the two countries crossed by the Nile comes in the middle of a dispute over river water due to the Renaissance dam built by Ethiopia.
"What affects Uganda will affect Egypt", is how the number two Egyptian military intelligence officer, Sameh Saber El-Degwi, qualified in a statement from the Ugandan army that the agreement signed on Wednesday. The two countries really share the waters of the Nile.
