MOGADISHU, Somalia - President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo is once again under pressure over an unprecedented delay in the appointment of a material prime minister following the firing of Hassan Ali Khaire, who was unusually ousted from office by MPs in July under unclear circumstances.
