After a dazzling stint at Barcelona, Lucy Bronze is parting ways with the team, officials confirmed.
Upon leaving Manchester City as a free agent, Bronze kicked off her Barcelona tenure in June 2022 and tallied 70 caps for the squad.
Her achievements include snagging two UEFA Women’s Champions League titles and a pair of Liga F trophies—one without a single defeat. Additionally, she secured one Queen’s Cup and a couple of Spanish Super Cups.
The stellar defender is set to bid farewell to the team when her contract concludes on June 30. Rumors suggest a possible return to the Women’s Super League with Manchester City.
Yet, the 32-year-old may pivot to a new challenge in the National Women’s Soccer League, possibly with Angel City.
