Juventus Clinches Last-Minute Tie Against Salernitana: Rabiot’s Late Goal Rescues Home Game

Juventus managed to salvage a draw against Salernitana with a late goal from Adrien Rabiot, wiping out Niccolo Pierozzi’s earlier score at Allianz Stadium.

The game ended in a 1-1 draw, leaving Juventus in fourth place with 67 points and two games remaining, securing a spot six points ahead of Atalanta.

Salernitana took an unexpected lead when Pierozzi scored from a corner in the 27th minute. However, Juventus dominated the game and Rabiot equalized in stoppage time after a flicked corner.

Having been relegated last month, Salernitana remains at the bottom of the table.

Juventus is gearing up to face Atalanta in the Coppa Italia final on Wednesday to salvage their disappointing season and end their winless streak of six matches in all competitions.

Comically, Juventus has drawn five consecutive matches in Serie A, a streak not seen since 2009, making them one of the teams with the most draws in Europe’s top five leagues in 2024, tying with Heidenheim from the Bundesliga.
