Andrich and Tah’s insatiable thirst for success in Germany grows after impressive performances with Leverkusen

Fresh off their dual victory with Bayer Leverkusen, Robert Andrich and Jonathan Tah are eager for more triumphs with Germany. Tah and Andrich had an exceptional 2023-24 season with Leverkusen, securing the club’s first Bundesliga title and the DFB-Pokal. The only loss they suffered was against Atalanta in the Europa League final. Xabi Alonso’s team claimed the double by defeating Kaiserslautern in the DFB-Pokal final at Berlin’s Olympic Stadium. Andrich is eager to return to the same venue for the Euro 2024 finale on June 14 and hopes for more success. “We are hungry for another title,” Andrich mentioned, reflecting on their German Cup final win. “The Olympic stadium, training there, playing the final – these moments are irreplaceable.” Tah chimed in, saying, “The double win has definitely motivated us. We are driven by ambition and aim to have a successful year.” Germany kicks off the tournament against Scotland on June 14 and will clash with Hungary and Switzerland in Group A under Julian Nagelsmann’s leadership.
