“We’re heartbroken by the tragic loss of life and injuries from the terrorist attack in El Dheer,” said the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
The ministry prayed for Allah’s mercy on the souls of the deceased, offered heartfelt condolences to their families and the Somali government, and wished a swift recovery to the injured.
