“Honestly, I feel a little nervous, because it is not easy to get back to school after seven months of vacation. This morning we reviewed what we were studying before going into quarantine; it comes back little by little and everything. “

Mandatory mask wearing

For Thaddée Ndangamira, professor of physics, everything is back to normal or almost: “Everything is normal except the mask and the fact that the number of children per. Class is halved. When I talk to the mask, the students ask me to repeat it. When they answer me, I do not quite understand. So the sound does not come out with the mask. “

Currently, the recovery only concerns students from the fourth year of primary school in the Rwandan system. The little ones still have to wait. The government has not yet announced the date of their return to school.
