complaint against Augustin Kabuya, UDPS Secretary General, Presidential Party

In the morning, I said this: the agreement between the FCC and Cach is not a refuge to protect all perpetrators of crime in our country. I mentioned the case of Fidèle Bazana [chauffeur de Chebeya], by Floribert Chebeya [défenseur des droits de l’homme assassiné en 2010], by Thérèse Kapangala [tuée dans une marche en 2018], by Rossy Mukendi [abattu par police en 2018] and Maluku mass grave [400 corps environ]. This is encouragement to hate. This is the population’s tension for violence. As for the Minister of Finance, ten days ago, he had to jointly sign an order with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. And the Prime Minister had already granted his discharge also for the passport problems. Where are we? He slows down. He applies the banana peel policy initiated by his political family, the FCC. And to announce that there will be encouragement for ethnic hatred. I’m a little disappointed and sad. I do not agree. I accept my point and repeat: the FCC-Cach Agreement is not a refuge for the people quoted in all the dirty files. I guess. They said I was asking the people to go and smash the finance minister’s house, which is not true, and I urge anyone to give me the voice where I make such comments.

Augustin Kabuya, Secretary General of the UDPS
