Totally Bellas star and former WWE Diva Nikki Bella has made a career of being incredibly fit, and she’s not about letting a pandemic – or having a baby – stand in the way of her keeping that progress.
In a series of new Instagram videos, Bella shows the exact training that has helped her transform her body since the birth of her son Matteo in 2020 – and these moves are as intense as they are effective.
March 24, Nikki shared a video by himself to do an intense rope-drawing routine with his trainer Scott Thom. “This makes me so good! The burn is unreal! She said about the tough training.
On the same day, Nikki posted a video of herself squatting while holding 25 kg. barbell. “Gettin ‘that @coachscottthom sweat sesh in! ??? #strongereveryday #mama,” she subtitled the video.
While Thom has been an integral part of Nikki’s transformation, he’s not the only one who went with her to the gym recently. On March 14, Nikki revealed that her twin sister, a colleague Total Bellas star Brie Bella, was a regular presence during her workouts. “Kick A ** Sister Sunday! No drinks, just sweat!” Nikki formed a video of the couple doing an intense routine with weighted squats and floor-based hip forces.
And although Nikki has trained hard to get into fights, she has previously admitted that she will not take any drastic steps when it comes to achieving her goals.
“There will be no crash diets … no one will starve myself,” Nikki explained in a post to her Instagram stories 2021 (via Mom.com). “It’s worth all the curves, all the changes, the hard work of getting my body back in shape because I have the most amazing little boy ever.”
