The entity in question, known as the Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC), is alleged to have been incorporated using forged documents that falsely represented presidential authority. Authorities are currently on the hunt for Adeniyi Adeyemi Matthew, who purportedly masqueraded as the director general of this fictive council. He faces multiple charges, including forgery and impersonation, although he asserts that the agency was formed through legitimate means.
