In Beledweyne, Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, Prime Minister Hamse Abdi Barre, and former government officials celebrated the inauguration of Ugas Yusuf Ugas Hassan Ugas Khalif in Hiiraan region.  Ugas Yusuf is now the 21st leader of the Hawadle clans.
