During the Communication, he delivered to political actors and members of civil society, General Mahamat Idriss Déby announced that he had decided to entrust the appointment of the members of the Transitional National Council to a committee chaired by its Vice-President, General Djimadoum Tiraïna.

The Committee will be open to all sensitivities and will ensure the selection of candidates on the basis of objective criteria for a provisional parliamentary representative of all the country’s forces.
