MP Abdirahman Kulmiye Hersi (Abdirahman Dheere), the outgoing state minister for transport and one of the cabinet members who attended the meeting, congratulated to Abdirashid Janan and his militant on their decision, saying the central government will take crucial role to build Jubbaland state fo all parties.
