In her HollywoodLife interview, the multihyphenate star said that she plans to continue practicing intermittent fasting for the foreseeable future.

“I still do not subscribe to the usual American diet, which has mocked the human body and created the obese epidemic that is our world today … And I continue to fast because that is how people should eat,” she explained. . While Raven-Symoné has previously admitted that she has fasted for several days, she says that she then stopped and sticks to a daily fast instead.
