Janet Jackson reveals her fantastic workout in a new photo

Janet Jackson has had a long-standing commitment to fitness, from her iconic ab-bearing Rolling stone cover in the 90s to her remarkable tapering after welcoming her son Eissa 2017. Even in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, the singer / actress has made her training sessions the highest priority – and it shows.

In a new photo posted on her Instagram account, Jackson reveals her incredible workout, make a complete split in front of a mirror – and in high-heeled boots, no less.

While Jackson may not share many updates about herself on social media, her coach, Paulette Sybliss, has talked about how much hard work Jackson puts into achieving his fit.

In an interview 2017 with E! Online, Sybliss revealed that Jackson lost 70 pounds after the birth of his son without doing any cardio.

“We did three or four exercises with weights back to back. What it does – you would look at her and think she had done like an hour of cardio with me – but when you work with weights and you work the muscle that way, it raises the heart rate, but it also creates that fat burning affects both during the session and also when she left me, and that was the key, “Sybliss explained.

Jackson’s workouts can be strenuous, but she does not log long hours in the gym to get results.

In order to maintain her progress without being overworked, Sybliss explained that it was very important to take time off.

“I have to keep her fit and healthy,” Sybliss said. “We make sure she’s resting [and] she is not harmed. “

Despite Janet’s massive weight loss, Sybliss revealed that the star did not deprive himself of reaching his goal.

“I think if you eat well 90/95% of the time, you can eat as much as you want,” says Sybliss. “If Janet feels she needs a chocolate bar, go ahead and get a bar of chocolate. You do not eat it every day.
