Are you looking for a simple, protein -packed packaged snack? Wong recommends Busseto California Snackin ‘Bite Size Salami & Provolone Cheese, 8 bill. “Two parts of these are equal to 30 g of protein and are a good portable snack,” she says.
Kirkland Signature Organic Greek Yogurt

Almost every nutritionist recommends that you buy Kirkland Signature Organic Greek Yogurt, 48 oz. “About 1¼ C is equal to 30 g (and you can increase this with your favorite supplements such as nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, etc.),” says Wong.

Another protein -filled item to buy? Kirkland Signature Wild Smoked Sockeye Salmon, 8 Oz, 2-Count. “Try about half a package to get about 30 grams of protein in,” Wong suggests.
Nuts and seeds

Nuts and seeds are also on her list. “Although it is not the best source of protein on your own, these are a good addition to yogurt or cottage cheese (or even as a crust for your favorite protein) to increase the protein, fiber and micronutrient content in your meal or snack,” she says.
Protein rods

Protein rods are a no-brainer. “If I were to choose a protein bar found in your local Costco, it would be the one with the simplest ingredients, and it would probably be RXBAR, which only has five ingredients that you can actually say,” says Wong.
Egg

There are also a handful of fresh items to pick up. Eggs are definitely available on her list. “Hard cook five eggs and you’re good to go!” she says.
Chicken

Chicken is also a must for weight loss. “Whether you cook some fresh chicken or take a rotisserie, think like a whole chicken breast or leg and thighs together,” she says.
Other meat and games

Wong also recommends other meat and games, including pork, beef, lamb and games. “Look for something with trimmable fat or no visible fat and a hand -large part for your meals,” she says.
Wild caught salmon

Wild -caught salmon (or other fish) is also good for losing weight quickly. “Filés are fantastic choices to divide into hand -sized parts for meals,” says Wong.
Freeze meat

Finally, there are several fantastic protein sources in the store’s freezer sections. “Costco also has fantastic frozen pre -shared items,” says Wong. “I like the wild Alaskan salmon, grass-fed beef burger, chicken breast and turkey burger as fantastic alternatives that are all high in protein.”
