They are suspected of embezzlement, complicity in embezzlement, use of counterfeiting and favoring a market for vegetable supplies for the canteens of 86 public primary schools located in three regions of the country: Analamanga, the capital, Vakinankaratra in the center and Atsinanana in the east of the island. Two fictitious deliveries of goods in the order of 70,000 euros and another of 213,000 euros were uncovered during the investigation by the independent office against corruption.
