Denis Christel Sassou-Nguesso met

One month after joining the government, the son of Congolese President Denis Sassou-Nguesso was in the middle of a ministerial campaign. Denis Christel Sassou-Nguesso spoke on Friday 18 June on one of the most important issues in his portfolio of ministers: promoting public-private partnerships.

In a “contact” with economic operators, Denis Chrsitel called on Sassou-Nguesso, national and foreign operators, to diversify their investments in the country, which is largely dependent on oil.

“Cooperation and partnership will be at the heart of our commitment,” said the Minister for International Cooperation and the Promotion of Public-Private Partnerships. I urge you now to go further in your investments by diversifying your activities. ” And it is clear today that public-private partnerships are necessary, not only as part of the performance of our public administration, but also and above all to make a strong contribution to making our economy much more resilient, as our macroeconomic imbalances command now do otherwise . ”

Protect investors

In return, the minister and the son promise the president to work to protect all investment. “Our priority is to create a legal framework for the public-private partnership market, to reassure and reassure investors while protecting their investments.”

Through the action of the Ministry of @CooperationCG, we will support the actors in the national private sector by involving them in public-private partnerships for which they have the required qualifications.
