Nicolas Tiangaye is a lawyer, he defended Jean-Bedel Bokassa and is the founding father of the Central African League for Human Rights. Initially from Bocaranga, he was the pinnacle of the Transitional Nationwide Council in 2003. He was appointed Prime Minister in 2013 by François Bozizé and confirmed by Michel Djotodia.
