Sherri Shepherd reveals her stomach in new coaching video after

Countless people found themselves gaining weight among the pandemics, however Sherri Shepherd does not count among them. In fact, the actress and comedian has managed to shed a staggering 35 pounds over the past eight months, and now she’s also working on toning her body.

The star, who has shared her weight loss journey with fans on social media, only shared her ab workout with fans and admitted that it was her first time that she showed her belly on social media and asked viewers to “please”. On July 7, Sherri told her Instagram followers that she participated in a 30-day challenge as a way to shape herself.

“1st day in @deidamassey # 30daychallenge #abchallenge …. 150 sit ups … just did my morning 50 and posted to hold myself accountable”, she wrote the video. “The first time I show my stomach, please.”

IN the clip, Sherri tackles a set of crunches while holding a medicine ball, which she says helps her sit up without help. Sherri also spreads the wealth to her fans and invites them to join her as part of the challenge by tagging her and makeup artist Deida Massey on Instagram. One of Sherri’s latest fitness obsessions is not something you find in your average gym. Instead, the star has progressed to better health in parks, on roller coasters and even in his home – and shared all the highlights with his followers.

“Who will teach me to skate !!!” she wrote one photo of himself looks rink ready in a pair of pink skates and denim shorts.

Sherri, who has been open about living with type 2 diabetes, says that changing her eating habits has also been an important part of her recipe for weight loss.

On May 25, Sherri shared a recipe for one of her favorite healthy salads on Instagram and told her followers how changing her eating habits has also changed her perspective on her overall health.

“I want a No. 2 with french fries. Yes I do, but I love how I feel better than the cheeseburger that would clog my arteries and inflame the tissue around my heart and cause diabetes to suffocate life out of me. I kind of like this feeling of feeling good! “she wrote. “Just want to encourage you to put down the salt shaker, add more vegetables to your plate and drink more water! You have so much to live for!”

It’s not just diet and exercise that have helped Sherri get in great shape. The star says that it has been important for her to enter a healthier mental space to achieve her weight loss goals.

Started this weight loss journey 8 months ago, but making other changes in my life helped me lose even more pounds … getting consistent sleep, meditation, finding a good therapist who would help me unpack pain … forgive those who have hurt me … more acceptance … less religion & more relationship … discover that God loves me no matter what (yes I am freaky and I curse?), more water, more walks … to be grateful, find my value … say no … had to say goodbye to some friends who were not good to me, “she wrote a latest Instagram photo. “Peace causes the weight to fall off.”
