We consider this to be a serious violation of a fundamental violation of the right to a defense first enshrined in the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, as provided for in the applicable criminal procedure rules of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, and enshrined in international federations and other conventions such as Mauritania. And I am thinking in particular of the international pact on civil and political law to which Mauritania is a party. This issue is essentially political. And therefore all these parts contained in this file have no relation to the fees or to the fees charged to our client. We communicated with the judge, we finally made a written request to him. And imagine that he opposed us a written decision on rejection. Obviously, we have gone to the prosecution to put all these problems for them in a position to make a decision that we hope will be a decision in accordance with the law.
