My dear compatriots, I would like to present the roadmap for the Republican dialogue and announce that national consultations will be opened within the next few days. This Republican dialogue, which I will be sincere, inclusive and constructive, will allow – I sincerely hope – to mobilize all segments of Central African society around an agenda for consultation on peace and security, political stability and institutional, national reconciliation, ownership and good management of our natural resources, including inclusive and democratic governance and development. The purpose of these consultations is to gather your opinions, recommendations and relevant suggestions for the expected results as well as the priority agenda for national interest and the basic principles to be maintained. I therefore listen to all Central Africans!
