Tigray rebels exceeded Ethiopia’s UNESCO heritage

Lalibela, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its 13th-century cliffs in Ethiopia's Amhara region, was taken over by rebels from the nearby Tigray region, residents said on Thursday.
