Macron visits Kigali to restore ties between Rwanda and France
French President Emmanuel Macron visited Kigali on Thursday in hopes of restoring ties between the two nations after decades of Rwandan accusations that France was involved in the 1994 genocide that left hundreds of thousands of people dead.
