the opposition’s COD 2020 will not be met

In this letter, we told the President that before the election we had called for the convening of a coordination of the nation’s vital forces to avoid a post-election crisis. He opposed us an end to impermissibility, because it suited him to arrive at his election proposal. Now he is calling for a so-called republican dialogue that does not meet the conditions required to lead to lasting peace for reconciliation. He merely called this Republican dialogue a response to pressure from the international community. But in reality, he does not want any dialogue at all. For us, this dialogue must first be inclusive.
