Are you apple cider vinegar or not? You can also be indifferent – and that’s okay and understandable. The truth is that there is quite a bit of skepticism about apple cider vinegar (ACV) and whether it works or not. Still, many health enthusiasts believe in the potential health benefits of ACV.

“So far, the research has been done from small studies and more research is needed to prove that these benefits are directly from the ACV itself or if there are other diets that play a role,” she says. “The health benefits of research are stronger for other prebiotic foods that have a significant amount of undigested fiber, such as onions, garlic, leeks, asparagus and whole apples with the peel.”
