Kristen Bell does this exact 30-minute workout every day
Kristen Bell has always had an enviable figure, however Good place star does not spend hours every day in the gym to keep fit. In fact, she keeps her workout routine short and sweet to fit into her hectic schedule and often spends as little as 30 minutes a day in the gym.
In a new interview with Form, Bell reveals that she makes exercise a part of her regular routine, but does not build its entire schedule around it.
“Most days I run or lift weights for at least 30 minutes,” she says. “Or I’m taking a CrossFit class at indoorphins.com.”
But when she does not feel like dealing with a workout, Bell says she does not sweat it (so to speak).
“If I do not have the energy, I refuse to beat myself up,” Bell explains. “Instead, I do a 10-minute meditation or stretch class on YouTube to prioritize myself.”

Bell has previously admitted that she is a big fan of squeezing in short training sessions whenever – and wherever she can.
“At work, while running through lines with my actors, I lean back on a chair and do triceps dips,” she said. Form 2017. “At home, when my kids and I are walking and they meander and look at leaves, I make lungs. “
When it comes to her eating habits, Bell says that moderation, not deprivation, is the name of the game. Unlike many of Hollywood’s keto followers, Bell is convinced to keep carbs on the menu all day and start with the bagel and cream cheese she eats every morning.
“I have to eat carbs because I have to memorize 11 pages of dialogue and I can not do it to eat spinach and chicken, “she explained to Women’s health 2019.
Realizing that she is not “super restrictive” of her diet, Bell explained, “I think that by consciously eating I can have all the benefits and also have a healthy, steady diet.”
