Ciara reveals the precise food plan that helped her shed
While many people have struggled to stay healthy in the midst of the COVID pandemic, singers Ciara has made it her mission over the past year to transform both her body and her relationship to food. Ciara, who welcomed her third child in July 2020, has managed to achieve a weight loss of 29 pounds in the past year without depriving herself, and she is not done yet.

For Ciara, the ambassador for WW (formerly Weight Watchers) became the catalyst for her impressive weight loss, and the plan has taught her how to embrace moderation.
“I used to be an extremist when it came to losing weight. WW gave me a creative way to build a healthier lifestyle, “she explained on the WW website.
In a Jan 2021 interview with InStyle, Noted Ciara, “I think the discovery that you can enjoy all the good food there is always a kind of eye-opening and enlightening for people because you usually think you have to make these extreme plans, where you basically just eat grass or you do not eat much except celery and carrots, you know? “

While cheat meals are still very much on the table for the star, she is also trying to invent her favorite dishes with healthier ingredients.
In March 21 post to her Instagram Stories, Ciara proudly displayed a plate of tacos and boasts that the recipe came out to only 7 WW points. Ciara had praised the points system before and told InStyle“I’m competitive, so I get satisfaction and joy from the points system. Ciara says she does not deprive herself of any of the foods she loves and acknowledges in one February 2021 WW interview with Oprah that she “ate a few more desserts than [she] should have “on a vacation recently. In her daily life, however, she has become more diligent in monitoring her portion sizes.
“You start training yourself or conditioning yourself because you do not need as much as you thought you needed. You gradually decreased,” she explained in her WW interview.
While Ciara credits her coach for helping her rise, it is not just expensive private workouts that have helped her get in shape. She is too made exercise a family activity, post photos of herself and her kids skiing, swimming and dancing together to her Instagram.
“It’s a blessing to wake up and have my beautiful children and family. And so I think I just always find ways to find joy and being encouraged and to feel motivated,” she explained to InStyle.
