In football, the name ‘Yeboah’ carries a lot of weight.
When you think about scoring goals for Yeboahs, there’s a good chance your mind wanders straight to former Leeds United man Tony, who plagued the Premier League with some of the most brutal strikes ever seen between 1995 and 1997.
Tony is a human highlight and ended up in the history books with great goals against Liverpool and Wimbledon and set the standard for all future Yeboahs to live up to.

On his way into Saturday’s meeting with Gornik, Wisla Krakow winger Yaw Yeboah already knew himself. He had scored two goals in the last four matches and knew he had a good chance to add a third against one of Ekstraklasa’s fighters.

He chopped the ball to his right foot when it landed and then started dancing around the defenders, drove left towards the village line and again looked like he was going to tear one over the box.
