The Serie A trio will not be penalized
FIGC President Gabriele Gravina has claimed that the three Italian teams that have committed to the Super League cannot be punished because the idea did not come about.

Serie A giants Inter, Juventus and Milan all signaled that they intend to take part in the breakout competition that will compete with the Champions League.
Since the collapse of the Super League, the conversation has turned to the penalties that will be handed out to the sides that agreed to participate in the event.

However, Gravina has claimed that the above-mentioned Serie A sides will not be subject to any sanctions because the Super League failed to materialize.
“We have strongly defended the boundaries of values and rules in the world of football,” said Gravina, reported by TMW (via Football Italia).
“It seems to me that everything is back to normal, but it must make us reflect on the fact that something is not working. It’s a stimulus. Remedies and proposals are needed to prevent further flight in the future.
“I have no scheduled meetings with the top management of the three clubs, on Monday there will be federal council, but no forms of trials or judgments are planned.
“An idea that has not materialized cannot be sanctioned. If projects in conflict with the statutory norms become a reality in the future, the bodies of justice will evaluate. “

Whether Juventus’ current stance will be taken into account when deciding not to penalize the clubs remains to be seen.
While the two Milan-based sides announced that they had withdrawn from the competition, Old Lady released a statement that they were going to the league, although they admitted that it could not continue in its current form.
With only Barcelona and Real Madrid left to withdraw from the competition, it seems as if Juventus will eventually be forced to accept the Super League will no longer take place.
