Jose Mourinho has not spoken to Harry Kane about Spurs’ future
Tottenham Hotspur boss Jose Mourinho has admitted that he has not spoken to Talisman Harry Kane about the player’s future – which has been the subject of ongoing media speculation – but insists there is nothing to talk about.
Kane has increasingly been linked to a move away from Spurs amid claims that the England captain is frustrated by the club’s failure to challenge for major trophies.

Spurs have fallen further and further away from competing for the Premier League title since topping second place in 2016/17, have struggled in the Champions League knockout phase than 2018/19 when they took the final against the odds and were knocked out of the Europa League last month at embarrassing way by Dinamo Zagreb after leaving a 2-0 lead.
There are rumors of interest in Kane from both Real Madrid and Manchester City, although Pep Guardiola has ruled out the latter spending a lot on someone this summer: “I do not know what will happen but at these prices we will not buy a striker. not possible. We can not afford it. ”
Mourinho says the question of Kane potentially leaving the club he first joined at the age of 11 has not been raised, either by him or by the player.
“He works so well every day. He is such a professional, committed to the team and performs well, “Mourinho is quoted by the Daily Mail.
“Three years of his contract [left]. I have nothing to talk to him about. If he does not want to talk to me about it and until now he never contacted me in relation to anything. ”
It has been reported that Spurs completely refuse to sell Kane to another Premier League side and have put an unaffordable price tag of £ 205 million on his head to ward off interest from Europe.
Kane himself has remained for the future. He has refused to discuss it directly, but has also gone through the question of possibly moving on and has not ruled out anything.
“I think it’s a difficult question to answer right now,” he said last weekend.

“It is important that all my focus is on the England matches that are coming now and the rest of the season with Spurs and then Euro. Thinking about speculation or rumors would be detrimental to my own performance.
“I always like to be focused on a goal and a job and that is to finish strong with Spurs, win these qualifiers with England and hopefully continue and have fantastic euros. I try to stay away from that speculation as much as possible. I am completely focused on doing the job on the pitch until the end of the summer and then we will see where we go from there. ”
