Central Africans are impatient, but the new tenant of Prime Minister Henri-Marie Dondra takes his time, time to receive the audience a large panel of personalities.

Over the past week, the Prime Minister has organized a series of hearings, the order of which was not chosen at random.

First UN mission in the Central African Republic (Minusca). A few days ago, UN Secretary-GeneralAntónio Guterres condemned the “excessive use of force (…) against civilians” by Faca and their allies, as well as acts “hostile” to peacekeepers.

Dialogue

Then and against all odds,opponents of COD-2020which does not recognize the re-election of President Touadéra and calls for an “inclusive” dialogue, but which has so far refused to take part in consultations.

The message is clear: with dialogue as a course of action, Henri Marie Dondra shows the face of openness and conviction. It remains to be seen whether the recommendations of these actors will be taken into account in the composition of the new government.

Meanwhile, a member of civil society is annoyed, “the administration is running suddenly, because everyone is waiting to know if he will be renewed.”
