Being a superhero is hard work – and training to play one on screen is not a walk in the park either. Chris HemsworthCoaches have just revealed the exact meal and training plan that the star is following to get in shape to play Thor, and it is nothing short of strenuous.

It’s not just breakfast, lunch and dinner that affect Chris Hemsworth’s diet as he gets ready to play Thor. In a new interview with Page sex, Hemsworth’s coach, Luke Zocchi, says that the star eats significantly more than he would normally do to cope with the role.

To ensure that he eats enough to build muscle, but not so much that he is too slow to exercise, Hemsworth eats his eight meals every two hours throughout the day.
“He discovered that if he eats a really big meal, he feels too heavy, so they are 450 calories that are divided into eight,” Zocchi explained to Page sex. “We try to eat every two hours and get in 450 calories [each time]. “

To start his day on the right foot, Hemsworth starts his meal plan with a daily smoothie.
“Chris’ day always starts with a big green shake consisting of 5-6 different types of leafy vegetables and vegetables, low glycemic fruits, nuts, seeds, fats and small amounts of sea salt to help with electrolyte balance, nerve transfer and glucose metabolism,” said Sergio Perera, a chef working with Hemsworth Men’s health.
