“We have therefore decided to prosecute the protection officer of the Minister and the Director General of Police so that they can be brought before a judge,” said Djonga Arafi, Secretary General of the Chadian Magistrates’ Union. These are therefore strong requirements that are added to the requirements based on the judges’ safety. We will not save any funds to ensure that these requirements succeed. ”

The Director General of Police sent a memo to reformulate his troops.
