The Netherlands predicted a line-up against the Czech Republic
You can squeeze in how they got a favorable draw in the group stage all you like, the Netherlands could not have done much more than they did in their first three excursions at Euro 2020.
Frank de Boers men qualified from Group C with maximum points, scored eight goals and kept back-to-back clean sheets in their last two games.
Very few people tipped the Netherlands to go deep into this summer’s tournament, but with a 16-bet against the Czech Republic coming, there is a real chance for them to get to the quarter-finals at least.
Here is the page 90min think De Boer will play for his game in Budapest on Sunday …

Maarten Stekelenburg (GK) – Started every game for his side in the competition so far and even at the age of 38 and has not been a regular at club level for a while, he is performing well.
Stefan De Vrij (CB) – Has looked much more comfortable since his center-back partner Matthijs de Ligt came back to the side and he should be fresh after having almost nothing to do against Northern Macedonia.
Matthijs de Ligt (CB) – Missed his team’s first trip to Ukraine and the difference he has made since returning has been remarkable. De Boer has not yet scored a goal in Euro 2020 with him in the team.
Daley Blind (CB) – Played his first full 90 minutes in the tournament last time and helps create balance on the left side of the back line.

Denzel Dumfries (RWB) – One of the outstanding players in the tournament so far. His running and energy on the right is the key to his side’s style of play and he will undoubtedly play a big role in their last 16 matches.
Marten de Roon (CM) – Missed against Northern Macedonia when Ryan Gravenberch was brought into the team. The Atalanta man never stops running and his frequency of work means that his midfield colleagues are free to support their stuff.
Georginio Wijnaldum (CM) – After an overwhelming campaign at club level, the former Liverpool man has started the tournament in a fantastic way. Plays a slightly more advanced role for his country and sees a real threat in front of the goal.
Frenkie de Jong (CM) – Has not lit the tournament so far but we all know what quality he has and against tougher opposition, his ball attitude can be crucial.
Patrick van Aanholt (LWB) – Will probably meet Vladimir Coufal on Sunday and he must be in top form if he is to be able to track down the painful West Ham man and offer an attacking outlet.
Memphis Depay will be the key to the Netherlands’ chances / Soccrates Images / Getty Images
Memphis Depay (ST) – Stood two in his last two matches and while part of his finish has been a bit suspicious, his country will rely on him to produce the goods if they are to reach the later stages.
Wout Weghorst (ST) – Had to settle for a replacement appearance against Northern Macedonia, but in the two matches before that he connected nicely to Depay and he is a real handful when he is on track.
