Bravo Star Reza Farahan reveals exactly how he lost 60 pounds

Shahs of Sunset star Reza Farahan has undergone an extensive weight loss transformation in recent years and has shed a staggering 60 pounds since starting his weight loss journey. Farahan says, however, that the changes that brought him to this point were not as drastic as you can imagine. Read on to discover exactly how Farahan lost weight. In a June 1 interview with HollywoodLife, Farahan revealed that the first step he took to start his weight loss journey was to follow a nutritionist’s advice to write down everything he ate.

“Do not change your eating habits. Write every thing that comes into your mouth in a diary. I said [the nutritionist] my goals and she told me to do this and you will come to your goals, said Farahan.

When Farahan began to strictly follow his nutritionist’s recommendations, he began to give himself a daily break from eating through a fast.

“I started fasting intermittently,” he said, noting that it was not always an easy thing to do. “I was very angry at first. A little testy. I’m not going to lie,” Farahan explained.

On his Instagram account, Farahan has shared his workouts with coaches Mary Mirolla and Ryan Gentry, including weight-based workouts and high-intensity interval training.

“Work hard. Shoot yourself. Stay consistent. Be patient. Never give up,” he wrote. latest training video.

While Farahan can radiate confidence, he admitted to HollywoodLife that he had recently become really comfortable in his body.

“I’m not embarrassed to take off my shirt. There is no tire,” he explained.

“Honestly, I’m just doing what I want now,” he added.
