Heather Graham celebrates her bikini body in a new video

Actor Heather Graham has been a fixture on television and in movies for over three decades, and she looks as confident and happy as ever these days. In a new video posted on Instagram, Graham proudly strokes her stuff in a black bikini on a jetty on the beach when her friends cheer on her.

“So grateful for my amazing girlfriend️ girlfriends to make me feel good about myself and special,” the actor wrote the video. Graham is not one of those celebrities who claims to eat everything and keep fit. In fact, in a 2013 interview with Refinery29, the star admitted it cut down on candy has been an important part of her healthy eating plan.

“I eat sugar sometimes, but as a general rule, I just try to eat no sugar in principle, and I have to say I feel much better,” Graham explained.

It’s not just sugar that Graham is trying to avoid. “I will sometimes eat things with white flour, but I try to avoid white flour,” she explained.

So what does the actor eat on a typical day? Graham revealed that her dishes include canned chicken beer, baked sweet potato wedges and kale salads with chopped Brussels sprouts and roasted almonds. “Everyone likes kale. It makes you feel healthy.”

When it comes to training, Graham prefers a calm training routine over the frantic pace of some gyms. “I’m obsessed with yoga. For fun, I would go to yoga and do four hours of yoga a day,” she explained.

Graham has also acknowledged that meditation has been an important part of staying healthy, both mentally and physically.

“I think meditation and yoga, they both do a similar thing … you find that place in yourself where you feel really good and peaceful and you feel really good about yourself and you feel happy to live. It is just trying to find that place more easily and often, “Graham explained in an interview in 2016.
